Bryan D. Lee
Bryan Lee has experience in all property types and real estate investment vehicles. Prior to AspinWall Partners, he worked with Cantrell Real Estate, Inc., a real estate firm with appraisal and consulting, development, asset management, and brokerage operations. While active in all operations, Mr. Lee focused on complex valuations of income-producing real property as well as land valuations, acquisitions and dispositions.
Mr. Lee has a Bachelor of Science in Finance (BSBA Finance) from the University of Florida and a Masters of Science in Real Estate Development (MSRED) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, a LEED Accredited Professional, and a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson. He has co-authored and published several articles and research pieces, including ‘An Autopsy of Unlevered Real Estate Returns’ and ‘Sophisticated Sensitivity: Can Developers Guess Smarter?’ He is currently active with the United States Green Building Council (USGBC), the MIT Center for Real Estate (MIT CRE), and the Urban Land Institute (ULI).
